Richard Tite
After a career in investment banking in New York and London covering the natural resource sector, Richard became part founding executive team that created TechMet.
TechMet is a private investment vehicle focused on the raw material supply chain of the energy transition, specifically lithium, nickel, cobalt, rare earths, tin, and vanadium. TechMet invests across the value chain of critical metals, including upstream resource extraction, midstream chemical processing and downstream recycling / cathode & battery manufacturing. TechMet is backed by a range of strategic investors, including the US Government, Mercuria Energy Trading and S2G Ventures.
Prior to TechMet, Richard worked at Cutfield Freeman & Co and Lehman Brothers. Richard has an undergraduate degree in PPE in from Oxford University and a graduate degree in International Relations from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington DC.
