
Speaker: Hao Zhu
Seminar Abstract: Hao Zhu will discuss how to bridge physics-aware and risk-aware machine learning advances into efficient and reliable grid operations.
Speaker Bio: Hao Zhu is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on developing innovative algorithmic solutions for learning and optimization problems in future energy systems. Hao Zhu received her BS from Tsinghua University and her MSc and PhD from the University of Minnesota, all in electrical engineering.
